We will have Shawn Brown, certified yoga instructor, lead our regular, every-other-week 45-minute yoga sessions here at Patagonia Outlet Baltimore. Must RSVP and sign activity waiver.
Itinerary:
8:30a Doors open
8:45a Yoga session promptly starts
9:30a Yoga session ends and kindly exit store
Water will be available to rehydrate.
These yoga sessions will happen every other Sunday mornings!
As a former college athlete and avid runner, Shawn loves being active!
With 2 marathons and 9 half marathons under her belt, she first came to the yoga mat as an alternative workout and for injury prevention. She quickly felt not only physical relief but a greater connection to her true self. Shawn’s intention is to create a fun and energizing yoga class so students can connect to themselves–body and soul. She encourages students to step out of their comfort zones and try something new. You’ll often hear her say, “yoga is an exploration.” She has been teaching yoga since 2016.
When not participating in yoga as a student or teacher Shawn loves hiking with her dog, traveling with her husband, climbing, paddleboarding, cooking, seeing live music, reading and being outside.
